Internal Investigations

Ocampo Law conducts internal investigations and has over 15 years experience investigating employee and student discrimination and misconduct cases in California Community Colleges. In addition to bringing a legal lens to internal investigations Ocampo Law conducts investigations in a culturally proficient manner, informed by over 20 years of research and training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Arturo Ocampo is also trained in trauma informed investigations and is certified as a Title IX Hearing Chair by ATIXA. The types of investigations Ocampo Law accepts include the following:
